Within the corporate world, Rita consistently placed as a top-achiever, often number one nationally in sales, project management, and general management in recruiting, telecommunications, and data communications. She attributes her success to her ability to adapt quickly to change, understand and relate to people, provide meaningful solutions to existing problems, and proactively plan for events both good and bad.

For over fourteen years, Rita has been running a thriving business presenting to corporations and organizations, facilitating workshops, and helping people create and move forward with new career strategies from San Francisco to Santa Cruz. She instructs and works with management and sales directors on how to conduct presentations. Additionally, Rita is an avid Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and is currently serving as Lt. Governor Marketing for District 4 Toastmasters, overseeing marketing activities for over 225 clubs from San Francisco though the Monterey Bay. She considers it an honor to be of service to all in Toastmasters where leaders emerge.
